Minneapolis, MN

How do you typically introduce yourself to new people?
Hello, nice to meet you. I’m Constantina Watters,

What’s one thing you wish more people knew about you?
My deep motivation is to help others succeed in life and business. To help them get closer to their dreams, have their spark lit and spread it to others.
My passion is to build consistent, cohesive and elevated brands.

Who do you help?
I build brands and lift leaders. I customize problem-solving for leaders and companies, particularly when dealing with business and brand challenges.

What are you building now?
A Remote & Retreat program to Greece

What were you building ten years ago today?
A family and two businesses

What do you predict of yourself 10 years from now?
Having reached some goals and transformed some lives.

What’s a fact or statistic you wish everyone knew about your industry?
It is still a very challenging world for a 100% woman-owned, self-funded, small business, especially in the marketing and creative industry. Strong ideas can die everyday with inadequate funding and weak ideas can win every time with enough funding—a hard truth.

Why do you believe the work you do matters?
Because it touches humans, transforms mindsets and builds authentic connection.

Who is your mentor and what is the best advice they’ve given you?
My parents, especially my dad for a “never give up” mindset.

What piece of content about you or your company are you most proud of?
I am most proud of the people I have been able to help transform and inspire and all the brands and people that have grown since working together.

What publication do you hope to appear in next?
Adweek, Fast Company, Inc., Wired

Who would you love to be interviewed by?
Sarah Blakely, Founder of Spanx, but I would want to be asking her the questions.

If you had to give a TEDTalk tomorrow, what would the title be?
Should It Be A Business Or Should It Stay A Hobby?

What award would mean the most to win?
An award that celebrates top leaders who have lifted others to success.

What makes zero sense to you?
People who have access to funds and opportunity and do nothing with it. That, and scarcity mindset.

What’s a word in your industry you hope gets re-evaluated?
Keynote Speaker

What game are you changing?
Business and brand leadership

What’s the next thing you’re a part of that you want to invite more people to participate in?
